People who create beautiful code for a living tend to speak in bits and bytes. We love it, but it's a language few clients understand, which is where Norris comes in. With 20 years of client service experience in the digital space (TWBA\Chiat Day, THINK New Ideas, Time Warner...) he oversees our high-touch, rapid-response client service operation and translates the bits and bytes into language you’ll understand.

DIRECTOR OF TECH RESOURCES

We think it's funny that our chief tech guy's last name is pronounced “hack”. Eric wrangles our world-wide stable of crack coding talent, ensuring we always, always have the resources available to meet any challenge, no matter how big or complex. His [digital] Rolodex is a thing of envy, developed over 10 years of staffing large projects for venerable companies like France Télécom, Deloitte, Unisys and others. He also develops and manages the slick systems that help us work at the speed of light 24/7.

NELLIE GOSSELIN

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE

Internally, Ms. Gosselin is known as “Nitpicker Nellie”. She makes us all crazy with her unbending insistence on perfection, and thankfully so. Starting as a proof-reader at Publicis where she earned her reputation as a die-hard perfectionist, she moved on to apply her eagle-eye to code and UX at Pixio. Nellie created our “ruthless” QA process, and nothing goes out the door without her stamp of approval. Which is absolutely not for sale, heaven knows we've all tried.

Olivier loves numbers. Lots of numbers. Which makes him a veritable whiz at managing budgets, currencies, and billing. With a degree in finance and 8 years of experience reigning in the spendthrifts at a multinational corporation whose name we shouldn't really mention, Olivier's watchful eye (and spreadsheets) minimize our overheads to maximize your pricing value. He keeps every project on track with immaculate record-keeping, ensuring your billing is precise and error-free.
